Northeast Tech's Business & Industry Services team partnered with Pelco Structural to provide training for people entering the work force.

we finally got to the point where we realized that the only way we're going to address our Workforce needs is to create that Workforce I absolutely believe that can you testing in people that helps you retain get employees so it just made sense for us to partner with Oklahoma work thanks to the help we got for NTC were able to do that provide a very competent training program that allows somebody with no welding experience to spend some time in NTC and then on the floor here at Coco and then back it in TC and to hold and develop kinds of skills that will make them successful when I work out I'm great welders in the shop so they're hiring people off the street and you can pass a test but I mean can you really do the job so they wanted us to learn it the right way and so they hard for people that they were going the school and I'm putting pork in sauce with us and and I'm really grateful for that cuz it's been been a tough one so refreshing to have these interns come in every day excited to be here they look for opportunities when I'm walking through the plan to grab me and tell me and thanks again for this opportunity I really want to do this I'm really glad I'm here those kinds of things have impact on the whole environment stop what they're doing to show you the right way they'll do it for you and I'll show you a Hands-On what you're doing wrong and can't tell you how many times I just appreciate it I'm actually being there the lotto did the instructors invest their personal time for about a month and coming over here and getting familiar with what we do and how we do it and what's important to us in terms of being successful I can't even begin to tell you when depression that made him my whole Workforce I don't think we could have had another Career Tech partner that would have been as responsive and Denison what is the weather currently for everybody it is interested in talking to you about doing something in the future everybody believes in it tomorrow in TC address * needs today
