Do your employees need training on the software they need to use to do their job? From computer basics to training on the entire Microsoft Office Suite, Northeast Tech trainers can provide the training you need. Training can take place on-site or at one of our Northeast Tech campuses. Ideal class size for computer training is 12 employees per session.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) is a nonjudgmental instrument that helps individuals and teams to understand themselves and others in a way that is value-oriented versus evaluative. Participants will complete a 95-question instrument and identify a four-letter MBTI type. Participants will increase their awareness of how their preferences and others’ preferences influence daily behaviors.

Improve effectiveness throughout your workforce with this class. The 7 Habits Foundations program introduces foundational principles, paradigms and practices of the 7 Habits, and is particularly suitable for front line associates. Participants learn the timeless principles of human effectiveness that propel them toward greater maturity and performances. They learn true effectiveness comes from the inside-out.

By teaching students 21st century leadership and life skills, this training seeks to transform entire schools. Content for this training program is adapted from The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, but adapted for young learners. Since its official launch in 2009, more than 2,000 schools throughout the globe have adopted The Leader in Me process.

Front Line Leadership is a flexible, 10-module program that provides new and current supervisors and managers with a toolkit of practical communication and employee development tools that reduce conflict, improve employee performance, and enhance team effectiveness. The ultimate goal of the training is to enable leaders to create work environments that foster employee engagement, improve performance, and increase employee satisfaction.
