Job Placement Formula

According to the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technical Education, the formula for figuring Positive Placement (also referred to as the Job Placement rate) is: 

• Positive Placement: A unit of measurement that represents the number of students placed (military + employed related + employed non-related + continuing education) divided by the total number of known completers.
