Northeast Tech has named Renae Dozier assistant superintendent and campus director for the Kansas Campus, effective July 1. For the past year, she served as campus director-elect. 

Dozier brings nearly 30 years of experience in education and leadership to her new role. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a commitment to student success, instructional excellence and community engagement while serving in a variety of leadership positions, including assistant superintendent and high school principal for Grove Public Schools.

“Renae’s extensive experience in educational leadership, combined with her dedication to serving students and supporting staff, makes her an outstanding addition to the Northeast Tech leadership team,” Superintendent Derek Beller said. “She has a proven record of building strong relationships, fostering innovation and creating opportunities for student achievement. We are excited to welcome her.”

During her tenure at Grove Public Schools, Dozier played a key role in advancing academic programs, supporting faculty development and strengthening partnerships between schools and the community. Her leadership has been recognized at the state and local levels, including being named the Oklahoma Association of School Administrators Assistant Superintendent/District Office Employee of the Year for District 6 in 2022 and 2024. She also was named Oklahoma Principal of the Year in 2012.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Dozier serves on the Grove Area Chamber of Commerce Board and the Grand Area Creative Alliance Board.

Dozier holds a superintendent certification and a master’s degree in school administration from Northeastern State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in agricultural education from Oklahoma State University.
