STEM Academy - Afton

The STEM Academy at Northeast Tech’s Afton Campus is a one-, two-, or three-year program open to high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors. This academy emphasizes academics and engineering principles, providing students with a strong foundation for post-secondary STEM pathways. Coursework includes Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Design, AP Calculus, and AP Physics. Students also have the opportunity to participate in Tango Flight, a hands-on program where they help build a real airplane, applying classroom knowledge to a real-world project in aviation and engineering.
