This three-digit number provides direct access to the national Mental Health Lifeline, offering 24/7 services for mental health crisis calls. The 988 Mental Health Lifeline is staffed by licensed and certified health crisis specialists who answer calls, connect with, and dispatch local services.

This Virtual Calming Room is a place for staff, students and families to find tools to actively manage stress and participate in strategies that support mental well-being.
