All professional educators assigned to teaching positions with Northeast Technology Center shall be paid in accordance with a salary schedule developed by the Superintendent of Schools and the Board of Education. Said schedule will be equal to or exceed the minimum salary schedule published annually by the state legislature; also, the increment for teaching experience and earned degrees shall comply with the minimum salary schedule.
