Professional educators defined as certified public school teachers in accordance with Section 70-509.4 of Oklahoma Statutes are further identified by Northeast Technology Center as a person whose positions with the school requires a State Certificate, thus allowing secondary credit to be given. Professional educators selected for employment with the school shall be evaluated on a professional basis with merit as the basic criteria.
