Dress Code Policy

Appropriate Attire

Remember that students and the visiting public are aware of instructor and staff attire. Instructors and staff are expected to be positive examples for students by dressing in a professional manner. Employees are required to wear clean and well-maintained attire appropriate to the type of work they do. Appropriate business attire is based on supervisory level industry standards, so programs may vary in appropriate dress policies. It is important for all employees to present themselves in a professional manner every day while on the job. There will be no “dress down” days allowed for employees. NTC Administrators may designate theme or casual attire days for special occasions.

Workplace Safety

Employees must familiarize themselves with the State Laws dealing with safety and strictly adhere to them. The safety of all personnel is of utmost importance. Proper apparel and safety devices appropriate to each occupational area must be utilized.
