The Superintendent of Northeast Technology Center functions as chief personnel officer of the District. Accordingly, the Board of Education will employ both certified and non-certified employees on his/her recommendation which will be based upon selection of the most qualified persons to fill the position. Further, the Board of Education shall transact official school business with all employees and other interested persons through the office of the Superintendent of Schools who functions in this capacity as the chief executive officer of the school.
