It shall be the policy of the Northeast Technology Center to comply with Title 29, Part 1910.1200, Subpart Z of the Code of Federal Regulation (CFR): OSHA Hazard Communication and to protect the health of our employees and students.

Employees and students will be provided with the necessary information concerning health and physical hazards of the materials used in their operations and training.

Flexibility will be included in the compliance program so that changes can be made to comply with state and local right-to-know laws.
