To achieve the institutional goals, the Northeast Technology Center is composed of four campuses –Afton, Claremore, Kansas and Pryor. Each staffed campus is designed to meet the needs unique to that particular area. The four campuses are under the administration of the Board of Education for the District.

All programs and services within the District are open to all normally qualified students without regard to race, color, sex, pregnancy, gender, gender expression or identity, national origin, religion, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, age, or genetic information in its programs, services, activities and employment. The equal opportunity provisions include, but are not limited to, admission, employment, financial aid and student service. However, student participation may be withdrawn as a disciplinary measure subsequent to appropriate hearing and, where applicable, appeal procedure.
