Maintenance of School Vehicles
Maintenance of all school vehicles is under the supervision of the Campus Director or his/her designee, who shall fully maintain the vehicle.
Normally, when using school vehicles, fuel and maintenance service shall be purchased from a designated establishment. Those necessary expenses incurred in operation of the vehicle may be transacted by the use of a school credit card, open account or by obtaining a cash receipt. All encumbrances incurred shall be submitted to the Finance Office with an itemized receipt for payment.
When school vehicles are used, the vehicle will be kept clean with the litter removed at the end of each trip. The assigned driver is responsible for proper servicing of the school vehicle while using it. Needed repairs or adjustments will be noted in writing and submitted to the proper official upon return.
