The executive authority is that function of the Board, which is delegated to the Superintendent of Schools. Thus placing in operation the plans and policies of the Board for execution. In this function the Superintendent is to keep the Board apprised and to furnish creative leadership for both the Board and the District staff in these plans and policies.
