Since all residents of the District, which the school serves, are eligible to share the benefits to be derived from the programs and accomplishments of the school, the mission to be achieved by the Northeast Technology Center is manifold. Primarily, the Board will establish educational and vocational training programs to meet identified needs of qualified residents to participate. Additionally, provisions will be made for developing in students the expertise in human relations and citizenship essential for vocational success.

To achieve these stated ends the Board of Education shall formulate the necessary policies and guidelines which will endeavor to fulfill the stated mission of the District.
