WHEREAS the first session of the 2001 Oklahoma State Legislature passed into law H.B. 1214.

WHEREAS H.B. 1214 provides for the legal name change of vocational-technical school districts to technology centers.

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that on September 17, 2001, the Board of Education for Northeast Area Vocational-Technical School District concurring therein:

That the legal name of Northeast Area Vocational-Technical School District No. 11 will be changed to Northeast Technology Center District No. 11.
