Come join us for lunch and an informative session on the employers side of Medical Marijuana in the Workplace. Since the passage of State Question 788 in June 2018, Oklahoma employers have been concerned about what impact this law will have on their employment practices. Information will be presented about the creation of a protected class of employees (medical marijuana cardholders) and practical steps to take in order to comply with Oklahoma employment law, State Question 788.
