Academic Resource Center
Each Northeast Tech campus houses an Academic Resource Center (ARC) to assist students in advancing their skills. Visits to the ARC are a scheduled part of the coursework at Northeast Tech. The ARC offers computer programs and personalized instruction designed to teach the student entry-level skills or to advance in a chosen field of expertise. Pre-testing identifies strengths and areas of need.
Through self-paced, customized programs, the ARC provides assistance in math, reading, basic competencies, computer education, pre-employment and work maturity skills, resume writing, portfolio building, job application procedures, and personal finance. Students develop a plan of study for their future.
